International customers, please contact your local distributor for service.
Once your product is received at a Service Center, you will be contacted by Marzocchi with an updated estimate, request for approval to proceed with your service, and your expected turnaround time. You will also be asked for your payment information to pay for the services to be rendered.
To receive warranty consideration for your product, you will be asked to provide a copy of the original receipt for your Marzocchi product or the new bicycle that you purchased with the Marzocchi product. To ensure that your service transaction proceeds in an expedient manner, please have this readily available.
Your repair will be returned in plain packaging. Do not send your repair in with the original Marzocchi packaging if you wish to keep it.
