UCI FW12_Ragot_by AleDiLullo-4077_3.JPG June 10th – The French rider Emmeline Ragot expresses an increasing strength, having conquered the first place at the Scottish circuit of Fort William, in the Down Hill discipline, leaving behind Rachel Atherton, her main competitor, who was 1.315 seconds back. After an average qualify session, Emmeline became very aggressive during the race and, thanks also to the small incident occurred to the Atherton during the practice session of the morning, took the victory, therefore consolidating her leadership in the overall championship ranking. By now, the French has 70 points of advantage on the Atherton. The male team, on the other hand, was quite unlucky; Damien Spagnolo finished forty-second, while his team mate Brook MacDonald, who fell in the high part of the track, arrived sixty-second. Emmeline’s bike is equipped with a Marzocchi fork 888 RC3 Evo Ti V2.
