Marzocchi leadership at the Bike Transalp Challenge

Marzocchi showed their Leadership at the Transalp, the MTB marathon which ended on saturday 27th in Riva del Garda (Italy).

Marzocchi showed their Leadership at the Transalp, the MTB marathon which ended on saturday 27th in Riva del Garda (Italy). Three countries, eight stages, 569 kilometers , about 19.700 meters in elevation gain, 406 teams involved in one of the hardest MTB marathon of the world. Big success in all the categories. The german biker Karl Platt, equipped with the new Marzocchi Marathon won the Men category. In addition, the Rocky Mountain Marzocchi Team (Lesley Tomlinson e Gretchen Reeves )was the fastest in the Women category. Great performances for all Marzocchi riders. Another proof of the quality and the reliability of the Marzocchi suspension, which enable the bikers to overcome the difficulties and to reach the best results in the extreme condition.

Anne Caroline Chausson
IBIS and Marzocchi rider Anne Caroline Chausson has won the all mountain series#2 in Joucas (FRA). Despite the unconfortable weather conditions, Chausson took an easy race and finished before Morgan Such and Morgane Jonnier. With her victory in the South of France, she drastically improves in the General Ranking. After her big triumph she will lean back and recover for a week to get in form for the maxivalanche next week in Andorra.

200 riders joined the competition, 15 of them were from Italy. Among these, the AXO Pro Gest and Argentina Bike teams - both endorsed by Marzocchi - stood out with pretty good results.
Andrea Bruno
Andrea Bruno was among the protagonists of the race, finishing with a second absolute position behind the New Zealander Scoles. Both endorsed by Marzocchi
Avalanche Cup
First place for Ann Caroline Chausson with Marzocchi It was Ann Caroline Chausson's first race on an Ibis MTB. She finished the Sunday race as first qualified among the women.
Team 360 Degrees
Which has taken place in Rome right below the Colosseum, at the Fori Imperiali street. With great honour the Team hosted the opening ceremony with the Italian Minister Stefania Prestigiacomo and then ran 3 riding sessions in the whole day.
