I ‘ll start first with our trip to the Dolomites. Harald Philipp, Andi Wittmann and I went with the photographer Markus Greber for a few days to the Alps.It was after a long period of rain and we had two really cool days of riding and of course, we took some nice shots!

At the Dirtmasters in Winterberg, one of the biggest race festivals, I organized a riding clinic for kids. This event called “Canyon Riding Lessons”. 40 Kids in age between 10 to 14 were coached by the pro riders Benny Korthaus, Andi Wittmann, Simon Kirchmann and me.The idea behind this clinic is to ride as much as we can in the huge Winterberg Bikepark area.The skills of the young guns are really amazing and maybe some talented riders will show up in the future as a pro.Check out our vid on: www.canyon.com/pure_cycling_tv/index.html

On www.declinemagazine.com/content.php?itemid=4981 there is a cool report about the Livigno area. I’ve been there a couple times for riding and some shootings. It’s always an awesome place to go, either if you go there for riding in the Bikepark or just hitting the flowy trails.

I’m pretty sure you already heard about the Bike Expo exhibition in Munich. It will be an amazing trade show with some highlights in their program. Danny MacAskill will do some crazy shows, the “Big in Bavaria” dirtjumpcontest will be one of the Gold Events of the FMB tour (Freeride World Pro Tour) and the “Bike Expo Brand New Awards” will show up with their winners.I’ve been in the jury team of the “Brand New Awards”. What a day, we’ve spent almost 12 hours to select from 116 products 7 winners and one overall winner.The categories were bikes, e-bikes, fixie’s, accessories, clothing, saftey gear and urban utilities.

4X European Championship has been won by the flying Dutchman Joost Wichmann and at the Specialized Enduro race Marcus Klausmann kicks ass;)... In this case, mine. I just got 4th!!! But in the end it was a great race on a long distance enduro with some uphills.Timo Pritzel invite a lot of Pro Riders and Newcomers to the Scott on Air dirt contest on Sunday. I was involved in the judgeing and can tell you that the level of the young guns is amazing. Amir Kabbani took the win, he showed up with his crazy skills and trick combinations. Congrats Amir.
